Standard Return Policy

At, our goals is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to within 14 days of purchase date (30 days for complete systems packages). Claims for missing items and/or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full purchase price of the item/s purchased EXCLUDING shipping costs. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product and inspect it to be in original, "as-new" condition, we then will issue credit back to your original credit card account that was used as payment for your order. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund will be issued after 10 business days from the date of return of equipment back to our warehouse . Please read all conditions below and if conditions are not met, reserves the right to refuse authorizing the return or to charge you, the purchaser, a restocking fee not less than 15%.

How to return an unwanted item

In order to return an item you need first to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

  • To request an RMA number by phone, call Customer Service at 888.921.5760
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
  • We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

How to exchange an item under Warranty

In order to return an item you need first to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • To request an RMA number by phone, call Customer Service at 888.921.5760
  • After you received the RMA number you may choose to follow one of these two options

Option 1: Follow the guidelines mentioned in the "How to return an unwanted item" section (above) and ship us the faulty/defective item. Once we receive the faulty/defective item we will test it in-house to determine if it is defective. If the item is deemed defective and there is no evidence of foul play, we will ship a replacement/repaired item to you.

Option 2: Place a NEW order for the item you are trying to replace. Once you have have received the new item, ship us back the faulty/defective item. When we receive the faulty/defective item and determine that there was no foul play, we will issue a refund for you NEW order, in most cases refund the purchase price EXCLUDING the shipping charges*

*We will provide a return shipping label ONLY for an Out the box faulty/defective item.


  • All returned or exchange items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packaging material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all accessories that were included with the original products.

  • Faulty/defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model of manufacturer's or equivalent model.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 14 days.

  • No Return/Exchange On:

    • Software, Software License etc.
    • Software and Hardware once any of manufacturer's package has been opened.
    • Any hardware built or modified by to customer's specifications.
    • ANY wearable headset such as Bluetooth or corded /cordless headset
    • Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.
    • Materials and labor cost for any installation work performed by or any of its assigned installers network.
